Therapy
Whether you're seeking individual counseling, couples therapy, or family therapy, my approach is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs.
I offer 50-minute sessions through Telehealth using a HIPPA protected platform. If you are located in San Francisco, I also offer the opportunity to meet locally for a session based in Nature where we pair mindfulness and movement for a holistic healing experience.
As an out-of-network provider, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. My goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible, while helping you achieve the positive changes you're seeking.
Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, I work with you one-on-one to explore and address the challenges you're facing in a safe and confidential space. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck, our work together will be centered on your unique experiences and goals. I take a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, empowering you to gain insight, build coping skills, and heal at your own pace. My aim is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, overcome obstacles, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, I work with you and your partner to create a space for open, honest communication and understanding. Whether you're facing challenges in communication, navigating conflict, or working through past trauma, my goal is to help you both reconnect, strengthen your relationship, and find healthier ways to relate to one another. Through a collaborative and empathetic approach, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back and work toward rebuilding trust, intimacy, and mutual respect. Together, we’ll work to create a relationship dynamic where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.
Family Therapy
Teen/youth and family therapy provides a safe, supportive space for both teens and their families to explore challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Whether your teen is navigating issues like anxiety, depression, or peer pressure, or your family is facing conflict or stress, I’m here to help you work through it together. With a focus on understanding each individual’s perspective, we’ll create strategies to promote healthy interactions, build trust, and foster mutual respect. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to the unique needs of your family, empowering everyone to grow and thrive.
