About Me

Deana Huddleston, LMFT

I’m Deana Huddleston, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in group homes, prisons, youth and adult crisis services, and outpatient mental health facilities. While my primary focus is on supporting individuals who have experienced sexual abuse/assault trauma, my practice also extends to treat a wide range of mental health concerns.

I take a trauma-informed, systemic, and relational approach to therapy, believing that healing occurs through a safe, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I also firmly believe that all people have greater strengths and skills that are naturally accessed through the use and support of therapy. My goal is to help you connect with those inner resources and empower you to move through life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have extensive experience in crisis management and quality management for county programs. I also provide clinical supervision and training for professionals in areas such as risk assessment, treatment planning, and MediCal documentation.

Whether you’re dealing with the effects of trauma or navigating other challenges in your life, I’m here to help you move toward lasting change and emotional well-being.
